 All  RPB  Respiratory  products  are  covered  by  a manufactures warranty  of  3 months.  The manufacturer  warranty  covers  defects  in  material,  workmanship  and  does  not  cover damage caused by misuse or abuse. RPB Respiratory’s only obligation and your exclusive remedy  shall  be  to  repair,  replace or  refund  the purchase price of  such parts or  products upon  the presentation of proof of purchase. Maximum liability  is  in no case  to exceed the value of the RPB Respiratory Product involved.

Failure To Use Genuine RPB Respiratory NIOSH Approved Parts & Components Will Void The Approval Of The Entire Respirator Assembly. Unit Is To Be Used With High Pressure Airline Filters.  Do Not Use With Ambient Air Pumps Since Air Flow Is Not Sufficient For Proper Operation.

Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the carrier receipt at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and Construction Equipment & Supply Co. immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading or delivery receipt for your records.
